Facade contracting is a complex business where many physical and intellectual components need to get together to form a bespoke outcome. Therefore, we must rely on third parties, some of whom became our long-term partners.
As well as many other important players that add value to our business, we heavily work with aluminium system companies and glass manufacturers where we produce large quantities of their materials and collaborate for technical input in every scheme.
We are a recognised Reynaers Aluminium fabricator and have already completed a significant amount of façade production with their unique systems solutions.
We also use Guardian Glass as our glazing solutions partner.
Although we are loyal to our long-term partners, we constantly challenge design and propose innovative value engineering options to satisfy our client’s performance, quality, vision and budget requirements.

Our leading aluminium system partner is Reynaers, and most of their systems have appropriate performance and visual aspects of meeting client requirements.
However, depending on the scheme, we are happy to provide other value engineering options where possible.
We have in-house and external installers we work closely with for our local projects. In addition, we work with local installation subcontractors with a proven track record of successful completion through Tier A contractors and developers for our overseas schemes
We accommodate an in-house technical office responsible for managing the design for all our schemes.
In addition to that, we always collaborate and outsource technical input for static, thermal, and acoustic calculations and work closely with our system company partner to overcome local codes of practice.
Although most of our work is in Turkiye, we have exported to Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Iraq and the UK.
