Technical Office
The essence and accuracy of the design process is quite crucial to achieve success for our projects. Furthermore, we must develop new technical design solutions in every scheme to meet clients’ bespoke requirements.
Therefore, in addition to our in-house design force, we always collaborate and outsource technical input for static, thermal, and acoustic calculations and work closely with our system company partner to overcome local codes of practice.
Production
We have a 100,000 m² annual capacity to produce a comprehensive range of materials, from individual elements to turn-key façade solutions.
We accommodate a range of production plants under a single roof where the manufacturing process is closely and constantly monitored to meet our quality standards. Health & Safety regulations are also maintained at all times during production.
Installation
Forming a part of the contractual commitment, we often provide installation facilities following design and production services.
We have in-house and external installers we work closely with for our local projects. In addition, we work with local installation subcontractors with a proven track record of successful completion through Tier A contractors and developers for our overseas schemes.
